hot water

diced cucumber

Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Pour hot water over bulgur wheat and let it soak until soft.
Dice cucumbers, tomatoes, bell peppers, parsley, and mint.
Mix soaked bulgur with vegetables, herbs, lemon juice, and olive oil.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve chilled and enjoy!
Notes
For an extra flavor boost, try adding a pinch of cumin or a dash of balsamic vinegar.
