Instructions
Mix chia seeds and milk in a bowl or jar.
Stir in vanilla extract and sweetener.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
Top with fruits, nuts, or granola.

Notes
For a creamier texture, whisk the mixture after 30 minutes before letting it set completely.
