Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 cup milk any type
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Sweetener to taste honey, maple syrup, or sugar
  • Optional toppings: fruits nuts, granola

Instructions

  • Mix chia seeds and milk in a bowl or jar.
  • Stir in vanilla extract and sweetener.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  • Top with fruits, nuts, or granola.
  • Serve and enjoy!

Notes

For a creamier texture, whisk the mixture after 30 minutes before letting it set completely.
