Tilapia fillets
Mixed vegetables
e.g., carrots, bell peppers, zucchini
Butter or oil
Salt and pepper
and any additional preferred seasonings
Instructions
Season tilapia with salt, pepper, and other spices as desired.
Heat butter or oil in a pan on medium heat.
Add tilapia fillets and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side.
Remove tilapia, add vegetables to the same pan, and sauté for 5 minutes.
Serve the tilapia with the sautéed vegetables on the side.
