Instructions
Hollow out the porcini mushrooms.
Sauté radicchio with garlic and herbs until tender.
Mix in shredded cheese to create a creamy filling.
Stuff the mushrooms with the filling.
Cook in a pot or baking oven until the mushrooms are tender and the filling is golden.
Notes
For added flavor, sprinkle a pinch of salt and pepper or drizzle with olive oil before cooking.
