Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 cup milk any type
  • 1 –2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup to taste
  • Optional: fruits nuts, or other toppings

Instructions

  • Combine chia seeds and milk in a bowl or jar. Stir well.
  • Add honey or maple syrup and mix again.
  • Cover and refrigerate for 2–4 hours, or overnight, until the mixture thickens.
  • Stir once more, then add your desired toppings before serving.

Notes

Stir the pudding during the first 30 minutes of chilling to ensure it thickens evenly.
