–2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup
to taste
Optional: fruits
nuts, or other toppings
Instructions
Combine chia seeds and milk in a bowl or jar. Stir well.
Add honey or maple syrup and mix again.
Cover and refrigerate for 2–4 hours, or overnight, until the mixture thickens.
Stir once more, then add your desired toppings before serving.
Notes
Stir the pudding during the first 30 minutes of chilling to ensure it thickens evenly.
