Soy sauce
2 tbsp, Worcestershire sauce (1 tbsp), oyster sauce (1 tbsp), sugar (1 tsp)
Oil for stir-frying
Instructions
Prepare the sauce by mixing soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar.
Cook noodles until just tender, then set aside.
Heat oil in a pan, stir-fry vegetables until softened.
Add protein (if using) and cook until done.
Toss noodles into the pan and coat evenly with Yakisoba sauce.
Serve hot with optional toppings like sesame seeds or pickled ginger.
Notes
For a vegetarian option, skip the meat and use mushrooms or tofu. Adjust the sauce to match your flavor preferences.
