  • Soy sauce 2 tbsp, Worcestershire sauce (1 tbsp), oyster sauce (1 tbsp), sugar (1 tsp)
  • Oil for stir-frying

Instructions

  • Prepare the sauce by mixing soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar.
  • Cook noodles until just tender, then set aside.
  • Heat oil in a pan, stir-fry vegetables until softened.
  • Add protein (if using) and cook until done.
  • Toss noodles into the pan and coat evenly with Yakisoba sauce.
  • Serve hot with optional toppings like sesame seeds or pickled ginger.

Notes

For a vegetarian option, skip the meat and use mushrooms or tofu. Adjust the sauce to match your flavor preferences.
