Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 4 eggs
- ½ cup sugar
- ¼ cup butter melted
- 1 cup chocolate chopped
- ½ cup cream
Instructions
- Preheat oven and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix flour, eggs, and sugar in a bowl until smooth.
- Pour onto baking sheet, bake until golden, and let cool.
- Heat cream, pour over chocolate, and stir for ganache.
- Spread ganache on cake, roll into log, and frost with remaining ganache.
- Decorate with powdered sugar and garnishes.
